High Frame Rate Spectrograph

Geoff McHarg, USAF Academy, CO
The intensified High Frame Rate Spectrograph (HFRS), is based around a Phantom 7.0 high speed camera with Video Scope image intensifier. We will use a transmission grating to provide slitless spectra of the re-entry. The exact frame rate is dependent on the total mission lifetime, and is one of the main subjects I would like to discuss at this meeting.
